Brunch with Friends!

As the saying goes breakfast is the most important meal of the day.  But lets be real here as college students we are rarely up in time for breakfast on a Sunday so lets go with brunch is the most important meal of the day.

My friends are some of the most important people in my life and I am so blessed to have them!! SHOUTOUT TO THE TAGDOM CIRCUS!!  Because we rarely go a day without seeing each other we decide to have a brunch before we all went home for thanksgiving break!

My roommate Sarah decided to make hashbrowns (NOM!)  and our very own food scientist, Amy fried that bacon!!

I decided to let out my inner Martha Stewart so I used her recipe for the is great and easy brunch recipe!

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons of butter
  • 12 slices of bread
  • 12 eggs
  • 12 slices of bacon
  • salt and pepper

cut slices of bread into circle (I used a large cup) and place into muffin tin.  Melt the butter and pour over bread.

cook the bacon until it is almost done (I used the microwave kind) and place one strip of bacon in each toast cup

crack an egg  into each toast cup.
Bake for 20-25 minutes at 375 degrees

ENJOY!

yay for brunch!!!
