Pizza di Formaggio Brie e Prosciutto e Funghi...

Which means pizza with brie, mushrooms and ham! Thats pretty much 1 of 12 things I learned to say during my summer abroad in Italy!  Anyone who traveled with me can attest to this but pretty much every time we ate out in Italy for lunch I always got some variation of this pizza!  Brie on pizza is something I have never seen in America and its something we are definitely missing out on!


It only took me 2 and a half years to try and recreate this but I decided to make it for my dad and I for lunch and I must say it wasnt quite Italy but it was pretty darn good!


INGREDIENTS

  • jar of marinara sauce
  • shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Pillsbury pizza curst
  • mushrooms
  • sliced deli ham (I used Boarshead honey maple ham)
  • brie

preheat oven to 400
Slice mushrooms then saute with olive oil and salt and pepper.

Unroll dough onto cookie sheet and bake for 4 minutes before adding sauce and toppings.

Add the sauce.

Then evenly distribute the cheeses, mushrooms and ham.
